About
Kelly has 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist including pelvic health and sports physiotherapy. She has an undergraduate degree from AUT, and a Masters in Health Practice. This is complimented by her advanced level training in urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pessary fitting, treating the overactive bladder and she is a trained Bradcliff Breathing Practitioner. Kelly regularly presents at ante-natal education sessions as well as educating other health and fitness professionals on pelvic health. Kelly has a calm, warm manner and strives to create a comfortable, welcoming environment for her patients. Whether it is during pregnancy, postpartum, the stages of menopause, or men with pelvic floor worries, Kelly is passionate about helping her patients live their life symptom free. Kelly has experience in treating pregnancy related pelvic concerns, incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), c-section rehabilitation, return to exercise after birth, breathing pattern disorders, post-hysterectomy rehabilitation and pelvic floor muscle training for both men and women. Outside of work Kelly enjoys yoga, football, skiing and getting out in nature. Kelly has 3 young boys so knows first-hand the rollercoaster ride that Mum life can be!
